Counselling services: in Bagshot, online, enquiries
You can choose from counselling in Bagshot, or online sessions via Zoom if you prefer, as well as the option for a free phone call to explore how counselling can help.


Face to Face Counselling –
44 High Street, Bagshot
With face to face counselling we meet in a counselling room located in Bagshot once a week. We meet at the same time and on the same day of each week or if you prefer we can meet on a more flexible basis. Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes.
Face to face counselling allows you to explore your thoughts feelings and behaviour with a trained listener away from your day to day life responsibilities.
Face to face counselling is £60 per session.
(If fees are difficult then please asks as there are some concessions for the unemployed/very low wage (up to £15 discount) and Key workers (£5 discount)
For a £10 supplement why not upgrade to a more spacious room with authentic vintage walls.

Online Counselling
With Online counselling we meet using the Zoom platform once a week. We meet at the same time and on the same day of each week. Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes.
Online counselling allows you to explore your thoughts feelings and behaviour with a trained listener from the comfort and convenience of you home.
Online counselling is £50 per session.
(If fees are difficult then please asks as there are some concessions for the unemployed/very low wage (£35) and Key workers (£45)

A ‘free no obligation initial discussion’ or telephone call allows me to answer your questions about counselling. We can briefly talk over what brings you to counselling before checking our diaries regarding possible sessions days and times.
The initial discussion usually lasts between 10 and 20 minutes and is free of charge
